Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after your label is created.
We currently focus on shipping within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be displayed at checkout.
If your order appears lost, please allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reaching out — carrier delays are common. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@dailyvitabears.com and we'll do our best to help.

Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Email hello@dailyvitabears.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions from there.
For safety and quality reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used ingestible products unless the item arrived damaged, is defective, or was incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dailyvitabears.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

What are IvyBears® gummies?

Most products work best when taken in the morning with breakfast. The Restful Sleep Gummies should be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
Can I take more than one IvyBears® product at the same time?
Many of our products complement each other well. That said, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before combining multiple supplements, especially if you are on medication.
How long should I take them before noticing a difference?
