  • Your misuse of the Site
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

17. Governing Law; Exclusive Venue; Waiver of Other Forums

These Terms and any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any order, any product purchased through the Site, or the relationship between you and DailyVitaBears shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all such disputes, claims, controversies, and causes of action shall be filed and maintained exclusively in the state courts of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida, or, where federal subject matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum.

You waive any right to bring or participate in any action arising out of or relating to these Terms in any court or forum other than the courts specified above, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices page, which describe how we collect, use, and share personal information.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, the Site, or other users.
