Refund Policy

At DailyVitaBears, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because we sell ingestible supplement products, this Refund Policy sets clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Standard Return Window

We accept return requests for unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact hello@dailyvitabears.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

2. Unopened Products Only

For safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, we only accept standard returns for products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging, if applicable

3. Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used ingestible products unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Is defective
  • Was the wrong item sent by us

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dailyvitabears.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If approved, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

For approved standard returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

7. Subscription Orders

If your order is part of a subscription or auto-renew program:

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date
  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that shipment is not cancelable
  • Subscription orders are subject to the same return rules described in this Refund Policy

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law or due to our error:

  • Opened or used ingestible products
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional or free items
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned outside the allowed return window

9. Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect Address Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information. If an order is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we may issue a refund minus original shipping charges and any return-to-sender or handling costs, where permitted by law.

10. Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello@dailyvitabears.com so we can work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback does not change your obligations under this Policy or our Terms of Service.
