Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how DailyVitaBears processes and ships orders placed through dailyvitabears.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized and verified, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

2. Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. Expedited options and exact estimates will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping times are outside our direct control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If you notice an error, contact hello@dailyvitabears.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, or packages marked as delivered but not received. For orders that appear lost, please allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as carrier delays are common. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@dailyvitabears.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or reviewing available options.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dailyvitabears.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

7. U.S. Shipping

We currently focus on shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available service levels will be displayed during checkout.

8. International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. International transit times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local delivery systems.

9. P.O. Boxes and Carrier Restrictions

Some shipping methods may not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Available delivery options will depend on carrier restrictions and checkout settings.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

11. Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, each recurring shipment will be processed and shipped according to the subscription schedule and this Shipping Policy.
